Events
The Kiwanis Club of Tampa knows how to put the “fun” in fund-raising. Our members work hard throughout the year to plan our two major events every year, the Chicken Barbeque in the fall at Raymond James Stadium, 
and the Golf Tournament in the spring at Bay Palms Golf Course, which has a reputation for giving prizes to everyone who participates.
Our club has a track record of supporting a variety of service programs in the community. Not only are we very “hands-on” by spending nearly 4,000 volunteer hours annually, we also contribute thousands of dollars each year through our projects. All proceeds from our barbecue sales go directly to our service programs, while the money raised from the golf tournament is designated for college scholarships.
Without these events, and the commitment and dedication of our members, their families and friends, and our sponsored youth groups, we would not be able to provide all these successful programs in our community.
